We're back outdoors!

Shecamp® is back outdoors!

After another wild ride in 2021 with months of lockdown and much success again with continuing the SheCamp® Timetable on Zoom, it has been fabulous to start 2022 back outdoors. However, we've now been hit with a lot of rain. What's another challenge to keep us on our toes though, right?!


We've again pivoted and continue to run the sessions even when the rain is pouring...from the comfort of our own homes!


All that's really needed is enough room for you to roll out a fitness mat. I recommend a resistance band to keep at home (I also have them available at cost price). If you have some dumbbells then that's great too! However not essential.


I post in our SheCamp® closed group on Facebook if we'll be zooming a particular session that day due to rain (generally 45mins prior to the session). The session is then live coached by me, Susie, on Zoom! So you pretty much do the exact same workout that you would have been doing on the beach - we just swap running with jogging on the spot, star jumps or skipping. So if it's raining, we're still training!


At SheCamp® we like to promote a 'Growth Mindset' as opposed to a 'Fixed Mindset'...so we are a can-do bunch and we continue on with our regular exercise as best we can. Plus we can all still see each other on zoom and continue the social chit chat element of our sessions too.


No pre-recorded sessions here! You still get me live...bad dad jokes and all hahah. 😉
